Refund and Returns

Thank you for shopping with Tattwa Threads. All our products are made-to-order with care and intention. Since each item is custom printed, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variation due to screen differences
  • Slight print placement variation within acceptable margin

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: tattwathreads@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide:

  • A free replacement
    OR
  • A full refund (if replacement is not available)

3. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After production begins, cancellations are not possible as items are custom printed.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
